Oh no, that was a typo, it was supposed to read 2290. That's why i listed both of em, they are 10 cp apart.

Read up on the first guy who hit 40, there was an article, and he had a some contact with Niantic, he pushed the game and many Pokemon to their limits. (naturally he was a botter/spoofer)

Seems shady.

But here's a possibility:

Gets 3 dratini per hour, plays for 10 hours (near a dratini nest). That's 10 dratini per hour x 10 hours = 100 dratini candy in a day. Does that for 7 days. Bam.

Add to that a couple 10 km egg hatches of dratini.

Very unlikely, but possible.

It seems like I live on a snorlax nest, and I have only seen 5 since launch. All inside my bedroom. I have caught a dratini from my room as well, but i dont think that really constitutes a nest.
