Idk why you still didn't power it up. Caught over 500 Dratinis on 3 accounts and the highest I got was in the low 90% without the right moves.

Oh, idk how rare they are tbh..

level it up unless you have another, you can get more stardust every day, how often u catch or eveolve one of those?

Evolve it first if it's got the right move set then power it up so u don't waste ur star dust anything above 90%+ are keeper



Already evolve one are pretty rare but catching it is even worst last night found about 3 dragonite all run away after it wasted all my ultra balls lol

Just search on google iv calculator it's the one with poke assistant something

Power it up.
This is the main reason you save stardust, to power up the perfect guys who just need some lovin

My best over 4 accounts is a 95% or something with a good move set the search continues
