I don't play competitively except against my friends. And I have a full platinum pokedex, so I can have anyone and they can't.

well even non competitively, i hate slow pokes ;p

ill prolly use him anyway one day or the other since its an electic poke, need more of those

luckily theres 4 of em this season (not counting pre evo ofc)
