can be used as a phys tank in UU cuz of neutrality to a lot of common phys attack and huuuge hp/def stats

i dont think so, only 2 poke learn the move, rampardos and relicanth, and relicanth egg groups are water 1 and water 2 and none of the other poke that can learn head smash are from those group, so u cannot chain breed either

so yeah only way would be breeding rampardos/cranidos
