encore/bounce (to hit grass type)

made so many ppl rage quit vs him lol

tbh tangrowth isnt really good @ stallin, too slow and weak on spe side

can be used as a phys tank in UU cuz of neutrality to a lot of common phys attack and huuuge hp/def stats
