So PokeBank currently out in Japan and according to online it failed to prevent the transfer of hacked pokemon.

I saw a lvl 1 Palkia on the GTS earlier. Could be Action Replay pokemon are getting through.

Anyways, I'm looking for Groudon, Lugia, Dialga, and Iron Fist Chimchar/Monferno/Infernape. I have 5 IV Dratinis, Ferroseeds with Leech Seed and Spikes egg moves, a spare Zygarde and a spare Mewtwo for trade. I also have 4 IV Eevees with Wish and hidden ability for trade too.
