LOTAD: Learn Energy Ball at level 43
SEEDOT: Breed male LOTAD with female SEEDOT
VULPIX: Breed male SEEDOT with female VULPIX

it all make sense now!!

Teach Energy ball to male Stantler, breed with Female Vulpix. Done.
