Update on eevee evoultion. Was thought the evolution was based on what moves the eevee knew. False. Also thought it was based on what gym was nearest. Also false. It might just be random for all we know.

Just got to lvl 13 however I didn't receive any items. Was quite laggy. Think I am fucked or will I get my items later?

Sometimes it took the game 3-5 minutes to register I leveled up but then I would always get my items
