stats are decent enough for me, only thing im a bit bummed about is defense, but as you'll be behind a substitute (or trying to be) 100% of the time, it won't really matter

breloom has to survive 1 hit with at least 25% hp left in order to create a substitute, after he uses spore on the first turn
that means he'll need a decent bit of HP to survive

Should I:

Put more EVs into HP > More life regenerated by toxic orb
Put more EVs into Atk > more damage, duh
Put more Evs into speed > outspeeding pokes with spore = huge advantage?

My lvl 65 Dragonite owns and I can smash all of Red's pokemon at the end of the game except for Lapras and Blastoise because of their Ice Beam moves. And my other high level Pokemon is a Lugia (which is also weak to Ice moves) and a fuckin Typhlosion which won't do... I caught that Snorlax and I'm thinking about leveling up to like 65 to beat it........ any suggestions?

Are there any other suggestions? Should I maybe catch a Sneasel at Mt SIlver and level her up? IDK.... and can someone help me evolve my Graveler into a Golem real quick?

I'll pay fg for a lvl 60+ Pokemon that is not weak to Ice haha... if you can trade like that? Is it possible?
