well i can say he's insanely underlevelled (going by how OP xp share is), my team was low-high 40s when i beat her earlier today xD

the ralts you get from diantha has 31 IV in speed and spa and the rest of the ivs are 20
worth ev training for competition!

post game after e4 and champion fights find her in the cafe in lumios city forgot which one just google it :p i think gallant cafe but not sure
