Yes. It inherits 3 IV's from each parent.

If you can find out their IV's for sure. Of course, most people I know aren't into breeding. I spent an hour last night breeding Dragon Dance, and Iron Head onto a Larvitar for my friend, and we put Energy ball on her Vulpix.
