Looking for some breeding guidance; I'm not too familiar with it.

I'm gonna get a Milotic with Calm nature. I already have a calm natured feebas, so i can use that to breed one with the same nature if it's holding an everstone

Now, how do I breed decent IVs on the Calm offspring? I'm gonna get a 31 HP feebas to mate with it, holding the item to make sure HP transfers.

How are the other IVs calculated? Are they all from the mom&dad or are some randomly generated or what?

I'm pretty sure they come from them, I read somewhere if you have 2 parents with 31 in 3 IVs(Never the same) you have like a 1/6 chance to get all 31 IV's or something like that.

good luck finding 2 parents with 3 31's each... It's hard enough finding a single 31 stat, let alone 3x31 and one female, one male
