Looking for modest/timid 4 IV moltres prefered xx in atk and one of the def

Looking for the following.
IVs dont matter to me.

Anorith - Adamant - 100 attack ev. 100 speed ev

ISO Well IV'd Foreign Ditto. (Prefer 4 IVs or at least a 3 IV Outstanding Potential Ditto - must have 31/31/x/x/x/x). Paying 200 FG or 2 5 IV Pokémon - willing to negotiate further if you think that's not a fair deal or whatnot. Feel free to inquire further if you have the Ditto I'm searching for!

If you don't have the Ditto, perhaps you'll have a foreign Eevee (male or female) with outstanding IVs! Lemme know!

This is more of a trophy pokemon since Luxray is rarely used in competitive play even in RU and NU tiers since his def/sdef and speed rather low
maybe 200-300 fg if you find a buyer
