This is literally the most overthinking i've ever seen for a playthru of the game. I've solo'd it just by using my starter and low level mon to revive it if needed in battle. Emerald is easy shit. Just finished a nuzlocke on it about two weeks ago actually.

May restart with torchic
And only gonna try with 4 pokemon

Blaziken - fire/fighting
Starmie - water/ice/psychic/electric
Salamance - dragon/dark/flying/?????

Like blaziken fire/fighting etc lmk

do a nuzlocke. That's the only actual fun way to play through a pokemon game otherwise it's just way too easy
