I guess you people aren't real pokemon masters then, since it's about the journey, the excitement of going to the event and being all "I am a pokemaster!" if you missed the event, your loss >_>

On a side note, I have the original blue/red with a link cable plus like 3 gameboy colors haha.
Except I have to go on a huge quest to find that link cable probably.

lol ive got alot more stuff goin on to dedicate THAT much time to pokemon but yeah. i got a mew so nn loss took me about 5 minutes total to catch him.

besides, no one i know plays those games anymore i have yellow/red and 2 gameboys plus the link cable but fuck that shit lol game is about 12 years old!

I went through all of that over 10 years ago, so I didn't miss on anything

Now I just wouldn't have the time to play through 2 games to get all 151 games, plus I do most of my old school gaming on emulators now, so I came up with this solution.

Really, I beat it too many times to care about the "pokemon master" pride.
I got pokemon stadium 2 and I can solve my pokedex on either kanto or johto versions in one swoop if I want too.
It has ingame boxes with one of each poke (each evolution too) that I caught.
That's why they made stadium-So you don't have to deal with dragging gameboys and link cables and slowly trading back and forth.

nvm just beated 'em all with this team...

Fun part about roms is that you can edit the game to make trade only evolution as level or items evolution, I enjoy that much more since no body plays those game anymore.

i didn't really understand... Anyway i am using a real gb with the real game in.
