There's a joystick and a D-pad on the left side of the 3DS. Use the Joystick to move and you will use the skates.

Once again I question if you even played any of the other AAA games on the 3DS. I never seen someone say Mario Kart 7 and Kid Icarus Uprising were laggy when the 3D was enabled.

Mario kart is the only other 3ds game I own and I hate playing it in 3d lol

so the friend safari apparently guarantees 2 IVs of 31 or around that for every pokemon caught

and upon doing my own checking all the ones i checked at the very least had 2 stats that had 31 within the possible range
