Niantics doesn't have a flagging system, they're too busy talking about how they'll sue pokevision and radar makers.
Also, 33 working at the hospital with only 3 pokestops isn't feasible unless you bot ~ from another botter.
They're flagged for sure, if shitty websites like pokeadvisor can detect it then so can niantic. They're not banning right now cuz like u said, they got a lot more important shit to deal with atm.
Plus it encourages or at least gives the option to $$ into their accounts thinking niantic doesn't give a fuck, which is ez profit.
They'll prolly ban all the flagged accounts later when they decide to implement trading pokemon feature, when it actually would make a difference in botting.
Right now it's just about the epeen and botting doesn't give big advantages in gyms neways, they get rekt regardless since the battle system is crap
