Question are these illegal in anyway? or will they get me in trouble or disappear or anything like that? Sorry I'm pretty new to pokemon X.

I'm starting to get into breeding and shinies and all that fun stuff. So far I have a shiny Rapidash that i caught as a ponyta in friend safari. Had perfect attack and sp. attack IV's so i was pretty stoked.

If these are legal I'll take the following for 150 each.

I'm not sure, although Nintendo is canceling wifi connections to anything pre-3DS in a few months so that'll cut alot of hacked pokemon being transferred over in the future.
