Bulky rapid spinning is fairly good on Starmie too. Invest EVs in HP and one of the two defenses. You should have roughly ~200 EVs in speed + Timid to be able to outspeed Jolly Garchomps and other base 100s. Moveset is generally Rapidspin/Recover/Scald/Psyshock or Psychic. You can replace Recover with Ice Beam for coverage if your team is lacking in ice.

This sounds nice but I'd go with boltbeam for more coverage tbolt can hko gyarados after rocks and icebeam can hurt dragons pretty bad
Idk if 30% burn with scald is worth it

it's not

bulky starmie is sort of a gimmick anyways, just use 3 coverage moves that compliment your team well + rapid spin
