How will you guys decide which starter you're going to choose?
Also I need to look more into it but if I understood correctly in a video I watched earlier after you choose a starter
later on in the game you will be given another option to choose between the original 3.

Are you going to based your decision based on that knowledge?

I'm asking only because I have no idea who the hell I'm going to start with

all three of the starters look really stupid. I'll probably be getting the water one though.

I'm hoping maybe I'll find a shiny pokemon. I've logged at least 500+ hours since the days of red blue and yellow, and I've never seen a shiny pokemon that wasn't gyarados!

I'm assuming they didn't have shinies in red/blue and they are the only games I owned that I've played through.
I have heart gold but when I got it I just finished playing 2 other pokemon games on pc so I lost motivation and stopped playing after the 3rd gym I think.

so I've never found a shiny pokemon while playing irl.
On emulators I've only found like 3 lol and on PWO I've found 4 but idk if it's the same %
