Use the frozen place, fight your way to the elite four, stronger grass/cave pokemon.

Gay, but they pack a punch. I think both can get stats over 400.

I have 2 godly ones on my platinum, I hit lvl 100 legit with 6 pokemon. The 6 I listed above.
