depends where your at have you beaten the elite 4?
if not then victory road is the best place

Im around 45 on my team and im down in the water on Rt 19 and 20. There are a ton of trainers heading towards Cinnabar and the seafoam islands.

Ya haven't tried the Elite 4 yet because I'm only level 45 or so. Worried I'm not ready.
