keep in mind i like retro pokemans, gen 2 is good and gen 5 is aight

I cannot say anything about the online part, but the story mode (let's call it so) is very nice.
It's worth buying it

I would like to know some nice teams for the metro fights.
The "normal" lines are very easy, but I cannot finish the "super" lines. Every single time I lose

I want to see your teams for single fight ( 3 pokemon ), the double fights ( 4 pokemon ) and the team fight ( 2 pokemon you, 2 the npc girl )

Maybe you can add the attacks for the pokemon, too

the story in b/w is garbage, every city you get to your "friends" (rivals) show up and TELL YOU WHAT TO DO. oh gee thanks idiot... just put a walk through through out the entire game
the battles are a cake walk for anyone with common pokemon knowledge and the bad guys are worse than ever.
i bought white, put 10 hours into it and had 7 badges. and its not like i just went from gym to gym... there is almost nothing extra to do in the cities.
as a comparison i started a new game in soul silver the other month and after 14 hours of play i was only getting my 4th badge.

don't mean to rain on your parade there Andy, i just hated this game and generation.
the fucking pokemon designs are horrible.
too much random shit all over and terrible concepts.
a fucking ice cream cone? seriously?

agree with this. at first i was really enjoying some of the cooler pokemon [bug pokemon are nice this gen]
but after awhile my pokemon all evolved and i felt like i had completed everything there was to do in the game. Lol.
Additionally as he said, the pokemon designs lack the magic of any of the original, they are rather uncreative, ugly, and strange looking, aside from maybe 10-30 at maximum, and even then, they dont look like pokemon.

However, the gold/silver remakes are quite nice
Go get those instead.

I thought the game was too easy, but also annoying I had 0 pokemon die on me playing through the game and i won against the initial elite four at around level 45 for most of my pokemon, just used basic types

haxorous
swanna
excadrill
and ofcourse zekrom for the last battle.
the game was easy peasy but we need to remember it was made for children not adults.
