i dont think theres an official NU/UU/OU/UBER chart for gen5 yet (someone correct me if im wrong) and yes build a team around hydreigon is viable, and no hes not uber, not atm

also u shouldnt care about tier if u only play random wifi, cuz no one does

for my part i only play with UU/NU pokes because i think it makes battling a lot more fun and u need a better strategy
