Anyone know where I can find any PP restoring items in shop, or in masses in Heart Gold? I need them to run Elite 4, and I have low PP moves on my Lugia.

ive found most mine on the ground lol
Wouldnt know where to buy them, You cant even buy Thunderstones and shit anymore games fucking horrid becuase of that :(
But i still play it anyways lol :)

You can't, you have to find them, if you can't find any, grow leppa berries in the berry pots.
