Use Shrine of the Moone instead of Dive Balls, Drop the Taurus, Get 2 Choice bands and maybe Acro Bike to thin deck and discard water energy for Aqua Patch?
I only use 4x Lapras, 3x Palkia, 2x Articuno ( Instead of losing 3x2 prize cards ( Ex / GX = 2 ) you can use Articuno and make it 2x2 + 1x1 + 1x2 ) and 2x Manaphy ofcourse
PS: Articuno is great against current meta
