Sad thing is that's enough for lvl 20-25 only. Probably less. Such a grind game.

Best way to level up, is pop a lucky egg, and trade gym ownership back and forth with a buddy who is not on your team.

29-30 is 350k

Pretty sure OP is at least 35. Even without evolving, my boys get close to 1.5-2mil stardust from 1-35, and I'm sure this guy powered up a good bit of Pokemon.
