I don't see how anyone could get banned if they are smart and not jumping from cali to ireland in twenty minutes. allocate the time it would take to actually get to a location.

or perma lure module poke stops in areas that only have a handful of them that no one ever lures.

i bet big city people would bitch even sitting there camping 6 pokestops all lured without even having to worry about a lure being inactive.

tbh the main reason I do bot has to be due to me living in a rural area. I mean there is nothing at all out here. Provides little satisfaction

yep and even with my commute to a good size town i get nothing because nothing loads at 70mph let alone 30mph in town speeds.

had i tried to legit this game i'd be like level 14 with pure commons at best.

the commute being 15 minutes before i see a pokestop then another 5 before i see another and only in a few blocks are there pokestops that are never lured.

its unplayable and incredibly out of the way of my daily life.

but hell i can't just go sit in time square eating a pretzel quad camping free lures and thats my fault apparently.

Considering people buy coins every single day, they would have to wait 60 days from when the game is shut down to pull this off... Otherwise people who purchased recently will just get a refund either way.

Apple Store has a 60 day refund policy. Android is 48 hours. After that you have to contact the game maker directly.

There is a hugely extensive topic on reddit about this subject and 1000s of people have already gotten their refunds. Including me.
