Anyone who offers 1-30 is committing to I think 72 hours of gameplay straight (no sleep) at a minimum of 40k exp/hour. That amount of exp/hour is not (humanly) possible to sustain without paying for lucky eggs. Realistically you're looking at maybe 20k/hour (possibly more for a die-hard player), so 150-ish hours of gameplay. Let's say you play for 12 hours straight a day.... very roughly that's a minimum of 14 straight days. Everyone knows it's botting.
Thing is, botting can be done free just with a quick Google search. The accounts are all flagged for a banwave anyways (various conditions are checked & put accounts on auomated watchlists, and then banwave lists, exp/hour being one condition which can end up on an automated watchlist, Pokemon/hour is another condition, etc).
To others: Selling of accounts is also against the rules on d2jsp.
