I'm level 22 and I've been doing everything super efficiently, using eggs to level up mass Pokemon, etc.

I'm hitting a pokestop every 10 seconds, and catching a Pokemon every 15 seconds, when I'm grinding (averaged out). Then mass evolving with egg.

How in the hell can you do better than that? :-?

I just want to know the most efficient method without going overboard with special 'techniques'.

Let's say you can hit 30 pokestops every 5 minutes. With eggs, that's still 3000 xp per 5 minutes, or 36000 per 60 minutes (if you manage to play nonstop). That's still 3 hours of nonstop play with nonstop eggs to do 22-23.

Do you have like an ultra pidgey infested spot that you go to and catch a pidgey every 10 seconds?
