Not that I know of. From what I read basically there isn't unless if there's a program you can run in a jailbroken device to read it.

You want to keep a pokemon that does the highest damage while having a high CP. If you notice that catch the same pokemons over and over, not all the attacks do the same damage. Some do 20, 25, 30, 50, 55, 65, and etc.
