Not going to simply say "yes" to this, because there will HAVE to be restrictions, like, "cannot trade more than 2 within 24 hours" , or "that user is too low of a level to receive that pokemon". If there are not, I say "NO"
Also, think about the way trading will probably happen, there will be "trading posts" or maybe Pokestops will have a trading post feature built in (Because adding a friends list to the game will be 10x the amount of work)
That means there will be a list of people, in that area (RIP servers if you're in heavy population)
That means GPS spoofers are gonna congregate or pick a spot to meet up to trade (RIP servers even more so)
Pokémon trading is, and hopefully will be, light years away
