Ysh the server error is real. Keep at it! Farm those pokestops. I haven't seen massive benefits from owning gyms yet I claimed my 24 hour reward as soon as I captured my first gym so I lost a lot of progress there...

Just keep throwing balls and farming stops, looks like every 3-5 minutes they refresh.

Cannot for the life of me figure out how to get the pokemon to pop out.

I have walked around a lot and I see a lot of "nearby" ones that I want, and occasionally an empty pulsing circle will appear.. but even when I am standing directly on top of it and clicking it, nothing happens.

U gotta randomly encounter pokemon if im not wrong.
Once seen, even outside your range/radius, approach and simply click on it. Throw a ball, thats it.dno how u cant click on them? Might be a bug of some kind

Sounds like a connection problem.... sounds like the pokemon is there it's just not connecting right and truly appearing...

You just need to be within your pulsing radious to discover the pokemon and you can even be farther away and still engage in them.... I can activate battles half a small city block away...

You're not doing anything wrong just server... maybe delete and re-download

And yes near by is exactly that... if they have no paw prints under their picture means they're very close.... 3 steps... farther... I don't know how they judge it, I have closed the distance from 3 paws to 0 in a matter of 2 blocks... and last night I was circling blocks for 40 minutes trying to track a vulpix but it stayed 3 paws away the entire time

Anyone knows how to change appstore to another country for iphone?? I am in Singapore and cannot change to australia or whatever country else.. anyway to bypass ?

I'd Google how to do it should be easy... only bad thing I think is you need to find a way to verify a way of payment from said country... not certain
