indeed, I'm a big fan of Persian, he's the "king of slash" and can learn almost anything... he's very underrated, no one ever mentions him



well in that case you are good to go with that team, the game is very easy, it will just require you to train a bit harder than you would have to with another team

and yeah, looks can be very misleading in Pokémon, both Gyarados and Dragonite are supposed to be 2 of the most powerful Pokémon but they are actually pretty useless

both are good, dunno what you're talking about

only in a GB playthrough imo

too many weakneses to use in Stadium or competitive battling

dragonite is very usable in competitve

thunder wave+ wrap = gg

but at the same time, there are like 5 pokemon that you absolutely need in competitve play in gen 1 lol, then you have 1 slot you can play with

doyek and the trruuuff

I guess it depends on how you play, I never got Dragonite to work well, not to mention I wasn't much of a fan of wrap, I used other strategies to annoy

Sounds pretty easy to counter though? Switch to any faster Pokémon that has IB/Blizzard and knock him out with one hit, although luck is a big factor in Pokémon battles anyway

but yeah, lol, the pool of pokémon used in competitive battling is very limited in gen 1

Thats actually my team all leveled to 100 myself. I cant remember but i did have a competetive team similar but without multres / articuno / mewtwo. Cant remember xD
