If u can make the following

Shiny Toxapex. Calm, no nickname, 31 all ivs, 252 hp 252 sp defense 6 defense. lvl 100 and Baleful Bunker/Toxic/Stockpile/Recover

Shiny Female Primarinna, Modest, No nickname, 31 all ivs, 252 sp attack, 252 hp, 6 sp defense, lvl 100 and Sparkling Aria. other moves dont matter

Shiny Male Araquanid, Bold, No nickname, 31 all ivs, 252 hp 252 def 6 sp defense, lvl 100 and protect. other moves dont matter.

Shiny Male Mimikyu, careful, no nickname, 31 all ivs, 252 defense, 252 sp defense, 6 hp, lvl 100 and Shadow Sneak, Substitute. rest of the moves dont matter.

Whatever abilities are best for them, mimikyu with Disguise for sure. and if the Ot can be Deena thatd be great, or anything random then

Remember they can only traded if they are with in the gen 7 pokedex.

So no shiny charmanders and stuff like that.

I still don't understand IV's but why wouldn't someone just request a perfect one?

It's Pokegen it lets you create Pokemons to your liking.

They are legal and tradeable as long as your movesets and ability are legal.

Ie. Things like huge power regigigas can be made but it will not not be tradeable.

IVs are not always perfect because some Pokemons need hidden power coverages.

Or zero speed for a more powerful gyroball

Or zero attack to reduce foul play damage.
