That's probably why I'm not banned, but I have gone full legit. The "advantage" I got from cheating isn't substantial at all. I've met a few conditions that make me unlikely to be banned:
1) I'm not a level 30+ account, nor do I have lots of amazing Pokemon
2) I haven't disturbed shit in gyms, I've hardly played against gyms.
3) I'm not cheating anymore.
4) I've paid money into the game & will continue to do so.

An external IV calculator that you enter HP, power, and dust numbers into isn't cheating. IV calculators like that do not interact with the game, nor do they break any TOS. Acquiring the data to create an IV calculator does break TOS, but users of IV calculators are not.

Radars are definitely cheating and break TOS even when using other websites.
