If Pokestops are restructured. Instead of being accessible every 5 minutes, I would like to see Pokestops be usable every 24 hours. Pokestops could provide 3-20x the items instead (based on the number of Pokestops within a certain radius), and items could be found in the wild like in the games.

So you are suggesting that they should make pokestops x amount apart from each other?
One thing that would make this bad is... let's say you are at a park and instead of three stops being together to benefit from incense and lures, they should be at the corners of the park where there aren't any statues or monuments like the ones prior.

Also reloading only once every 24 hours is bad because you will only get experience from that stop once a day, and instead of farming off a few stops and filling the bag you are suggesting limited items

Also benefiting even more then cheaters/poofers

This guy (OP) played with cheats for the first 27 levels. He has no clue how to balance a game.

I destroy gyms, leave them unclaimed, so no one can get exp from me, then wait for some punk to come up, while they be snickering like "tehee ima steal that gym" when really i just waited for some unsuspecting noob to come along and claim it, so i can kill them for exp, rinse repeat until they run outa revives.
