I got like 30+ close to evolving, do I need to check iv? Or highest level one?

What are you, in grade 5? Holy tits it's not hard to Google things.

Check IV and also make sure its CP is relatively high.

Also gyarados sucks anyways.

IV is more important but I wouldn't evolve anything under 150 CP. Plus you have a chance of getting twister.

o lucky for me my highest karp was 166 cp with 95 iv
but did not get twister

Not currently anyways. Worth keeping regardless, since balance changes are possible.

Always keep Pokemon that have high IV & CP (both things together), regardless of movesets. Just don't waste dust til any changes.

Evolve your highest one and hope for Hydro Pump.

Also Canadian not everyone cheats on this game and spoofs to wherever they want and catch anything they want.

I would love to play legit. Problem is I have to drive 20 minutes to get to play legit.

I literally have 5 gyarados from sitting at one triple pokestop. I don't even move around. I could pick any double or triple pokestop (of which there are tons that people live right smack in the middle of), and be where I am right now... without cheating... if I lived there...

Yea I got hydro pump, actually got 2 gyarados today, one spawned but was only 400 cp... Other one is 1900, 2nd highest Pokemon of mine.
Next Pokemon I'm going for is charizard or dragonite.

I live about 20-30 mins away from good spots also but I drive there neways.
