uhhh you can use an online map to track the poke, and then you can use a really easy GPS spoof to go to that location and get the "specific" poke.

It violates both the EULA and TOE of both Pokemon GO and D2JSP.

It is bannable.

Also, nintendo and Niantic, have shut down all datamining apps and software that they could find. Pokevision included.

They do not wan't people data-mining private location information tied to pokemon go accounts, that are tied to emails, that may be tied to numerous other personal informations.
Its a huge security issue. Potentially.
