I have a base that i started about 5 years ago its a th8 that looks like a th5 i was going to make it a th9 but now im required to build all the buildings before i can upgrade. Just wanted to know if the sleeper bases were still worth saving or should i scrap it?

Scrap. Would only be considered good if you were Th10+

im definitely keeping it tried it out in war and still matches me with th 6. I said 5 earlier but its 6
