My favourite mobile game at the moment
Been playing for a long time, so I have gathered quite a collection.
A few quick tips if you're starting out:
1. Focus on an arena and a galactic war team
2. You will be running out of resources faster, as gaining characters will be quicker, so focus your main team(s) with gear and levelling
3. Focus on teams you find enjoyable
4. Find an active guild
5. Research the character you plan on getting (stats at 7 star, purple gear he/she will require) so you won't waste time on slow, squishy characters that need 1000 purple and 5 raid gear pieces

https://swgoh.gg/6. Try to end in arena where you get 600 arena shop tokens (top 500 or top 200? shouldn't be too hard). Adding the 200 you get from your daily activities, you will be able to buy 10 shards daily from the arena shipments.
7. Don't spend your purple crystals on anything except energy refills (2 a day for cantina, 2 a day for light side/dark side). This tip does not apply if you are drowning in that currency
And yes, it's a game that requires some long term planning and it's slow as hell to farm characters to 7 stars. But don't give up!
