Hello aliens, and welcome to outer space. We are a growing clan with members from a video games meetup group in Mountain View, CA, and a growing contingent from the University of Waterloo. If you are in the South Bay for internships or FT work, feel free to check us out at our regular meetups when we play couch co-op titles and a wide assortment of console games! Many of our members are employees from Google, Apple, eBay, and of course, various AAA studios. Among members is the venerable Gork68 off of this very forum!
One of my goals is to build a community of gamers in KW that connects to the mother group in the Bay where the dream of couch co-op and social gaming all began...when I'm not pursuing game development. We have been experiencing growth in the regulars over the past 2 years, and this mobile chat room courtesy of Clash of Clans has become a pet project of mine to develop and maintain bonds between a hopefully interesting set of folks! No requirements (though preferably your TH is unrushed/salvageable), newbies are especially welcome - hopefully you will be open to joining us in some of our wars. Don't worry about being new, I personally LOVE discussing strategies and will walk you through some of the earlier experiences with Clash! Some of the more enthusiastic tenants can probably teach you the art of war (finger pressing). A GREAT way to sate your daily dopamine needs without having to commit to a 45 minute League match!
