Requirements would be to have a non rushed th7+ base.
No need to donate war cc troops but donate on occasion. Not too strict on donations.
Must be good at war attacking, we use dragons, gowipe,gowiwipe, and goho attacks for war. If th7 you must be able to 3 star any th7 or below base, and 2 minimum on th8 bases. That aren't maxed
