Hm, yeah I only have 11 2* champs right now
So I'm still pretty new, & my best two champs are the 3 * Doc S, & a 2 * Ultron that are both levelled up as high as I can without getting the right catalyst ( Doc is rank 1/4 lvl 10 / Ultron is rank 2/3 level 10) however I have a ton of regular upgrade things ( like 30 sitting in my stash) I was waiting on a new badass champ to level up, but idk when/if that'll happen, so should I be leveling up my other 2* champs in the mean time ?
With units I meant the ones that you are able to purchase, the grey ones in the top right corner. The ones you are talking about are battle points that you obtain from winning fights in arena's.
Those battle points, you should just spend them on the arena crystals. They offer the most gold possible from any crystal, potentially a 3 star punisher champion, the grey credits etc.
Always keep 2500 of those battlepoints. In between the 3* arena's there Will be a one day arena, that you need to unlock with 2500 battlepoints. In that arena you Will earn 2 star champion crystals, 5 of them for relatively little points. The 10000 point arena is useless to you as a new player. Even I can do nothing there as it is for the really highranked players with lots of 4 star champs that need to be leveled to rank 4, and that arena offers those catalysts.
As for leveling champs, I suggest you level a team of 5 3 star champs till max rank and level so you can easily continue the story to the end... In the mean time also level all of your 2 star champions, you will want them eventually at rank 3 lvl 1, thats the ideal strength so you can get an infinite winstreak in arena. Higher is unnecessary. At rank 3 they also unlock their unblockable attack.
So basically get your d'r strange as high as you can, while you try to get the catalysts needed to rank him up just level your 2 stars as far as you can... Once you have enough of those and they are strong enough you can go infinite in the arena and obtain a 3 star champ if,you fight alot
thats the easiest way to get 3 star champs without spending cash on the game...
Also join a guild for many benefits like Alliance quests and events, and asking for cooldown help on your arena champions and help for when you are out of quest energy.
