don't get me wong my clan is close to 6 but i jus wanted to know if it legal to sell a clan here

I wouldn't think so, its not personal property and anyone can make one, just takes a really really really long time to get to 10. I don't think anyone is at 7 yet tbh.

ur clan on jsp is not ur personal property too and u can sell it here...

i think it should be fine bcause once someones leader they own the clan there is no way to scam it back
