Agi is OP cuz the higher AGI the better chances you have of attacking first, Wiz is good if you have strong Wiz based attacks/special power, and str is just str. good for noob builds but in the end, over powered by AGI. Look for Keepers, Agi Raising fams (familiars that raise AGI) and especially dual power Fams. (fams that can increase a stat and deal a special skill.
