Has anyone played this game? I need some help.

I purchased the level 1 starter pack awhile ago and I was supposed to receive a chest that after opening, I gain 1 turret at the beginning of every game, however I've looked all over multiple times and I cannot find it anywhere.

I know the game is early access, I found it from a Facebook ad, so isn't here a chance the game is messed up and that feature is buyable but not usable yet or something? There's other types of items I'm getting on a daily basis but I also can't find those either.
