What would you guys suggest for a low level joining a clan, what should I look for?

24h left in my noob shield, village/war base layouts look like this, will likely shift them a little bit





I still havnt found a single clan I want to join.

Honestly don't worry about war until th7. I would get to tanhall 6 asap stay there until you are max then max each townhall after. Anything before th6 is a joke and you will have a hard time finding actual, loot but get your barbs and archers upgrading during the time going to 6 and build as much as you can while upgrading. It should take less than a month to be max th6.

I'm going to max TH3 completely out just to get familiar with everything first

When my shield goes down should I stop the pve and attack people? Or keep the 12h shields and just farm and keep up the pve?
I do like the idea of attacking
