Got a new phone, and decided to just start new rather than do a device transfer.

Question for anybody who plays, I keep reading that we should save our Dragon Stones for special pull events where SSR chances are raised significantly. How can we tell in-game what events these are? Also, is there a list of these special pull events?

If you are playing the global version, there's no special events that gives you more chances to pull an SSR... at least up to date.
Jpn version gives you this events very often, and when it does, it states in the banner like "3 up" for SSR.
