for apple i use reflector 2, basically a mirror program, i also use bluestacks for andriod, which is an app that lets you play andriod market apps on the pc. from there i use hypercam or some sort of recording software.
reflector2 cost some money, but i think the bluestacks is easiest way with hypercam to record.
this is exactly what i do for android.

not a fan of the "super queen" approach...too many things can easily ruin this attack.
some army compositions i use are:
2 singles: 4 golems (3 in army, 1 in cc) 12-15 wiz, 6-8 witch, few wall breakers...spells: 1 freeze to protect the heros, 1-2 jumps, heal, rage...if 1 jump i bring eq and less wall breakers
2 multis: 4 golems (3 in army, 1 in cc) 14-16 wiz, 3 pekka, few wall breakers...spells: 2 freeze, 1 jump, 2 rage....golem in cc and a few wiz are used to get the 50%. be sure to hold on to a few and attack a weaker side. usually getting to the town hall will not produce a 50% 2 star on most war bases.
when i attack 1 of each...i use the gowiwi army and press the multi inferno with 2 freeze spells and keep the multi frozen until its dead. if i approach the single i use the gowipe strat and keep the single frozen until dead.
